Für unser inhabergeführtes, investorenfreies Augenzentrum Oder-Spree in Erkner und Rüdersdorf suchen wir Verstärkung im Praxismanagement.

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Organisation und Weiterentwicklung der Praxisabläufe
  • Koordination von Sprechstunden und OP-Terminen
  • Dienst- und Urlaubsplanung in Abstimmung mit der ärztlichen Leitung
  • Pflege des Qualitätsmanagements und Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung neuer Teammitglieder
  • Patientenbetreuung und Voruntersuchungen entsprechend Ihrer Qualifikation und nach Einarbeitung
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Medizinische Fachassistenz oder Augenoptik, Abschluss in Optometrie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Organisationstalent und eine selbstständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und freundliche, klare Kommunikation
  • Erfahrung in der Praxisorganisation oder eine Weiterbildung im Praxismanagement ist wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung
