Sie haben Interesse bei uns im Team in einer Vollzeitstelle am Empfang mitzuarbeiten?

Sie sind hoch motiviert und engagiert?

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Kommunikation: Sie übernehmen die Telefonzentrale und koordinieren Termine
  • Organisation der Rezeption: Sie gestalten den Ablauf am Empfang und sind zentrale Ansprechperson für Patientinnen, Patienten und das Praxisteam.
  • Verwaltung & Dokumentation: Sie kümmern sich zuverlässig um die Archivierung sowie die Pflege der Stammdaten.

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische, medizinische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung oder eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Praxismanagement oder Gesundheitswesen

Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

Hohe Kommunikationsstärke und Empathie im Umgang mit Patient\*innen

Freude daran Herausforderungen im Praxisalltag zu meistern und dabei eine positive Ausstrahlung zu bewahren

Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität

Sicherer Umgang mit Praxissoftware und MS Office

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
