Kernziel der Stelle:

Fertigstellung und Endmontage von OSG EX-CELL-O Walzwerkzeugen. Unsere qualitativ hochwertigen Werkzeuge werden fertig montiert an unsere Kunden ausgeliefert. Die Stellenaufgabe umfasst die Durchführung der letzten Arbeitsgänge, sowie die Endmontage der Werkzeuge.

Kernaufgaben der Stelle:

  • Werkzeugteile und Montagematerial bereitstellen
  • Manuelle Arbeitsgänge durchführen, z.B. Schrägen schleifen, Poliervorgänge, Sandstrahlen
  • Teile sauber entgraten, ggf. Entrosten, sauber reinigen
  • Montage der Werkzeugteile
  • Längen nach Vorgabe durch Stirnschleifen korrigieren und kontrollieren
  • Masse und Details analog Zeichnungsvorgaben kontrollieren und bestätigen
  • Reinigen der Zusammengebauten Werkzeuge
  • Entmagnetisieren der Teile und Bereitstellung für die zweite Endprüfung
  • Unterstützen bei Konservieren, Verpacken und Fertigmelden der Teile
  • Unterstützung in anderen Bereichen, bzw. Aufgaben

Stellenanforderung:

  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Metall und handwerkliches Geschick beim Verarbeiten von Metall
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang von Werkzeugmaschinen
  • Technisches Verständnis, lesen und interpretieren von Messprotokollen, 2D-Zeichnungen
  • Sichere Bedienung von manuellen Messgeräten, wie z.B. digitalen Bügelmessschrauben
  • Hohes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft, Verantwortung im Team zu übernehmen und sich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B
