Key Responsibilities

• Essential Job tasks:
• ● Distribute the volume based on the allocation from procurement and the Guideline. Conduct supplier performance management.
• ● Handling relevant documents.
• ● Coordinate on service requirement and assist in the collection of relevant cost recovery as per SOP.
• ● Work with agency to handle ad hoc special operational tasks.

• Objectives of the position:
• ● Transshipment connection between Mother vessel and barge.
• ● Dwell time of transshipment & on time delivery.
• ● Customer obsessed.

• ● Cost and AI mindset.
• ● Learning opportunities in the position.
• ● Develop the general knowledge of operation in container shipping.
• ● Specialize in barge service and connection to global network.
• ● Simplification and standardization of operational process in order to improve both efficiency and effectiveness.
• ● Following Maersk’s operating system in the flow of business handling process.

Who we are looking for

• ● University graduate and above.
• ● Good interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, analysis skills.
• ● Good communication and stake holder management.
• ● Result-oriented self-starter with initiative and strong execution drive.
• ● Proficient English.
• ● Working experience in container shipping is a plus, but not a must.
