Full Time Lead Teacher Positions Available

• Competitive Teacher Pay: $20-25 based on education and experience, Bachelors in Education Field required with 3 years experience.
• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age, and a clear background check.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop a careful and creative program suitable for Preschool (3 year olds)

Create and follow lesson plans and structured schedule

Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.)

Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem

Encourage children to interact with each other

Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum

Planning for daily outdoor and gross motor play

Daily communication with parents and a high level of customer service

Collaborate with other educators

Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards

Monthly staff meetings

Do you have?

Proven experience as a Teacher (Pre School experience is a plus)

Excellent understanding of the principles of child development

Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms

Excellent communication and instructional skills

Cool-tempered, friendly and reliable

Balance between a creative mind and a practical acumen

Associate's, Bachelor's or Master's in education (required)
