Position Summary

This is hands-on work that builds something real.

Working in precast means being part of a crew that produces the structures you see across Western Canada. It’s physical, fast-paced work where consistency, effort, and attention to detail matter every day.

We’re looking for someone who shows up ready to work, takes direction, and takes pride in doing the job right – not just getting it done.

What You’ll Do

Assist with the production of precast concrete products

Perform cleaning, pouring, finishing, and general labour tasks

Work hands-on with tools, materials, and forming systems

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow direction while contributing to overall production goals

Troubleshoot issues and raise them to the supervisor

Operate hand and power tools safely

Work independently or as part of a crew in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Successful interview candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment assessment

Valid Class 5 license and reliable transportation

Available to work Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays

Physically able to perform demanding work for extended periods

Able to lift 50 lbs. and work on your feet all day

Comfortable working at heights with proper safety equipment

Able to work in a fast-paced, production environment

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

Assets

Experience in construction or precast concrete

CSTS certification

Experience using hand and power tools
