Lehigh Country Club is seeking skilled Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our esteemed members and guests.

• Key Responsibilities:
• · Prepare and cook menu items with precision and attention to detail
• · Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
• · Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• · Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• · Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

• Qualifications:
• · Proven experience as a Prep/Line Cook in a high-volume kitchen
• · Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• · Strong communication and teamwork skills
• · Flexibility to work nights and weekends
