About the Role

As a NetApp Presales Engineer , you will work closely with the NetApp Business Development Manager, partners and customers to design solutions, provide technical expertise and support opportunities through to successful closure .

You will help partners confidently position NetApp solutions by providing technical guidance, enablement and solution design throughout the sales cycle.

What You’ll Do

• •Design NetApp solutions based on customer business and technical requirements across storage, hybrid cloud, data management, backup and recovery, cyber resilience and AI/data infrastructure.
• •Provide technical presales support throughout the sales cycle, including discovery, solution design, presentations, demonstrations and proof of concepts.
• •Enable channel partners through technical training, workshops, certifications and hands-on knowledge sharing.
• •Support partners with solution proposals, configurations, bills of materials and technical documentation .
• •Work closely with NetApp technical and sales teams , staying up to date with technologies, product releases, roadmaps and programmes.
• •Support competitive positioning and go-to-market activities , including customer meetings, partner events, webinars and technical workshops.

What We’re Looking For

• •5+ years of experience in IT presales, solution architecture, technical consulting or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• •Strong knowledge of enterprise storage, infrastructure, data centre, cloud, backup or data-management solutions .
• •NetApp expertise is preferred, while relevant technical experience with Dell, HPE, Huawei, Hitachi, Pure Storage or similar technologies is also valuable.
• •Experience in solution design, technical presentations, demonstrations and supporting B2B sales opportunities .
• •Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical solutions clearly to partners and customers.
• •Fluent Hungarian and fluent English , both written and spoken.
