Job Description

Client Marketing Support (70%)

• •Support the preparation, formatting, and refinement of pitch books, marketing collateral and management presentations in line with corporate branding and style guidelines
• •Ensuring alignment, spacing, font consistency, and updates to charts, tables, and development of infographics or icons
• •Execute visual layouts based on provided instructions, templates, and reference materials
• •Support project‑ or initiative‑related presentation and visual materials on an execution basis, as required

Intranet Support (20%)

• •Upload and maintain approved content only on the intranet platform
• •Conduct routine content verification and housekeeping checks (e.g. accuracy, completeness, broken links)
• •Raise change requests or issues to the technical team where applicable

Other creative work assigned (10%)

Projects or initiatives that may arise
