Role Summary:

The Pricing Decision Scientist is responsible for developing, analyzing, and optimizing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer value. This role partners closely different business stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into data-driven pricing recommendations and scalable pricing solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and quantitative skills with business acumen to evaluate pricing opportunities, measure performance, automate pricing processes, and support strategic decision-making across admissions, concessions, merchandise, and promotional offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to drive pricing, promotional, and revenue optimization initiatives.
  • Develop data-driven pricing recommendations by evaluating pricing strategies, promotions, and business performance.
  • Design and execute experiments, A/B tests, and causal measurement frameworks to quantify pricing impact.
  • Analyze customer, financial, operational, and market data to identify revenue growth opportunities and business insights.
  • Build and maintain pricing models, forecasts, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
  • Develop customer segmentation, elasticity analyses, and performance measurement frameworks to inform pricing decisions.
  • Conduct competitive pricing and market analyses to support strategic recommendations.
  • Support pricing implementation, validation, and ongoing performance monitoring across channels and systems.
  • Communicate analytical findings, strategic recommendations, and business impact to leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, process optimization, and enhancement of pricing methodologies and reporting tools.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, business analytics, finance, consulting, or a related analytical role.
  • Proven ability to solve complex business problems and deliver data-driven recommendations that drive measurable business results.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience supporting pricing strategy, promotional analysis, revenue optimization, or customer analytics initiatives preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Python, R, or other analytical programming languages preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable business insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Curious, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions.
