Applies and modifies the principles, methods, and techniques of medicine to provide primary patient care.

Required Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and/or Geriatric Medicine
  • Valid, unrestricted FL license (or willing to obtain)
