Principal AI Architect / Agentic AI Engineer

Are you passionate about building the next generation of AI-powered experiences? We are looking for a Principal AI Architect / Agentic AI Engineer to lead the design and development of enterprise-scale conversational and agentic AI solutions.

This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with deep expertise in AI orchestration, LLM applications, and conversational platforms.

What You'll Do

• •Design and architect Agentic AI and Conversational AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
• •Build intelligent AI agents with orchestration, tool integrations, decision-making workflows, and human-in-the-loop escalation.
• •Develop and optimize LLM-powered applications leveraging RAG, retrieval systems, and knowledge bases.
• •Lead engineering design, architecture reviews, and technical delivery across AI initiatives.
• •Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and secure AI solutions.
• •Define best practices for AI governance, evaluation, observability, and responsible AI.

Must-Have Skills

✅ Experience designing and building AI, Agentic AI, or Conversational AI applications

✅ Strong experience with:

• •API and tool integrations

• •Enterprise application architecture

• •Experience delivering production-grade AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Copilot, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks
• •Strong software engineering background with enterprise-scale systems
