• Your Job:
• Maintain and support equipment readiness. Typically performs one or more of the following in the capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently), or as a manager:
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting of equipment
• Execute maintenance and tool support ensuring equipment readiness
• Troubleshoot and upgrade equipment to minimize downtime
• Analyze and monitor technical charts
• Drive equipment improvement plans and projects
• Act as machine owner for assigned tools, ensuring overall performance, stability, and continuous improvement
• Serve as Cost Driver to identify and implement cost reduction initiatives, optimize vendor support, improve maintenance strategies, and eliminate recurring failures
• Serve as 6S Driver to enforce workplace organization, standardization, audit readiness, and sustain a strong 6S culture across the team
• Ensure and follow good safety practices and custody of tools, equipment, and other properties
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements
• Work and collaborate on projects and/or assignments as needed.

• Job Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with minimum 6 years' experience in a semiconductor company.
• Candidates with equipment experience in Photolithography would be an added advantage.
• Specialized knowledge, imaginative thinking and sophisticated analytical techniques.
