Identify policy risks, public-sector opportunities, government programs, and partnerships that can support market access, operational continuity, responsible innovation, and long-term growth.
Issue and crisis management: Lead government affairs responses to regulatory inquiries, investigations, enforcement actions, market-access challenges, and politically sensitive issues. Coordinate stakeholder mapping, government engagement, executive escalation, scenario planning, and cross-functional response with Legal, Compliance, Communications, Supply Chain, and business teams.
