Role Overview:
We're looking for a Principal AI Product Manager who's equal parts strategist, builder, and visionary- someone who wants to shape the future of AI in customer experience. In this role, you'll lead the development of our Voice AI platform and its go-to-market strategy.
This is a high-ownership role and an opportunity to define product strategy, scale infrastructure, and empower developers and businesses to build with SquadStack's AI capabilities.
What you will do
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and lead the roadmap for our Voice AI platform, aligning product initiatives with the company vision.
- Work with leadership to translate abstract ideas into product strategy and modular platform offerings.
- Stay ahead of trends in LLMs, agentic workflows, voice AI, and platform ecosystems.
Product Development & Execution
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science to ship high-quality, high-leverage products.
- Translate user needs into APIs, SDKs, and platform components that external teams can build on.
- Lead the product lifecycle end to end, from problem discovery to post-launch iteration.
Go-to-Market & Ecosystem Building
- Design a thoughtful GTM strategy with business teams: pricing, positioning, self-serve onboarding, and documentation.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and success to drive adoption across enterprises and SMEs.
- Gather feedback from early adopters, devs, and internal users to iterate fast.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the product bridge across internal teams (infra, sales, CX ops).
- Evangelise platform thinking across the company, driving clarity on where we build vs expose.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of product management experience in SaaS, AI/ML, or platform products, with a track record of owning complex, customer-facing products end to end.
- Ex-engineers or Technical/ Data Background (but now product-focused)
- Understand AI native or workflow orchestration products
- A bias toward being in the product: you read traces, write prompts, test agent flows, and demo the work yourself.
- Can marry infra thinking with product-led GTM, and build for both enterprise and SME/long tail devs
- Clear, compelling communication; can explain complex concepts to both engineers and execs.
Preferred
- You've worked in adjacent spaces like CCaaS, CPaaS, CRM, sales engagement, or conversation intelligence and understand how reps, managers, and ops teams actually work.
- You have founder instincts; you've operated lean, made fast calls, and owned the outcome.
- Exposure to LLM tooling, voice AI, or agentic workflows.
Why Join us
- Real ownership, from day one. Regardless of experience level, you're expected to make decisions, not just take instructions.
- Growth tied to impact, not tenure. People move into bigger roles because of what they've done, not how long they've waited for a review cycle.
- Recognition, close to the moment. Good work gets called out the week it happens, not filed away for a quarterly review.
- Enough leaves for the "I just need today off" days. Real time off, usable when life actually demands it
- Lunch and snacks are on the house. No hangry emergencies here.
- Competitive salary and a real shot at owning a large surface area of impact. Compensation that reflects the level of trust and responsibility you're given here.
- A diverse, inclusive workplace. SquadStack is an equal opportunity employer. We don't discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability, age, or any other legally protected status.
