Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced, visionary, and entrepreneurial Principal to lead our Pune campus. The ideal candidate should be passionate about transforming education, building high-performing teams, driving admissions, ensuring academic excellence, and creating an outstanding learning culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall academic and administrative operations of the school.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a team of educators and support staff.
- Ensure excellence in curriculum delivery aligned with Cambridge/IGCSE standards.
- Drive student admissions, retention, and parent engagement initiatives.
- Foster a learner-centric, innovative, and inclusive school culture.
- Monitor teaching quality through classroom observations, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and school policies.
- Prepare academic calendars, budgets, and operational plans.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve organizational goals.
- Represent the school in parent meetings, community events, and educational forums.
- Promote innovation, experiential learning, and technology-enabled education.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master's Degree with B.Ed. (Mandatory).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in school education.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Principal in a reputed CBSE, ICSE, or Cambridge/IGCSE school.
- Strong knowledge of Cambridge/IGCSE curriculum is highly preferred.
- Proven leadership in academics, school operations, admissions, and team management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience using digital learning platforms and school management systems.
