• •Responsible for all aspects of the relationship with a specific supplier within a commodity.
• •Directs and manages all schedules and purchase orders for the client account of the product family.
• •Ensures product is delivered on time, meets quality standards and at the right cost.
• •Support on communicating with supplier on replenishment of QN related items and quantity.
• •Creating and maintaining an inventory according to the need of MRP.
• •Liaising with Finance team to determine payment status of their respective supplier/s.

Qualifications:

• •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement and any other related course
• •At least 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles
• •Experience with supplier management and vendor negotiations.
• •Knowledge of procurement procedures and purchasing best practices.
• •Experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP ERP.
• •Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• •Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• •Time management and organizational skills.
• •Ability to work under deadlines.
• •Decision-making and relationship management.
