  • Sie übernehmen die fachliche Führung des Teams und stehen den Mitarbeitenden als kompetente Ansprechperson in allen fachlichen Fragestellungen zur Seite.
  • Dabei planen und koordinieren Sie den optimalen Einsatz des Teams, einschließlich Abwesenheits- und Bereitschaftsplanung sowie der Steuerung von Service- und Projekteinsätzen.
  • Sie unterstützen die Teamleitung in organisatorischen Belangen.
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachbereichen und unseren Kunden analysieren und entwickeln Sie Lösungen für komplexe, fachübergreifende Aufgabenstellungen und Herausforderungen. Dabei sind Sie Eskalationsinstanz für Störungen und stellen die nachhaltige Störungsbeseitigung sicher.
  • Mit Ihrem Expertenwissen beraten und unterstützen Sie Kunden sowie Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei Projekten und Supportaufgaben innerhalb des gesamten Fachgebiets.
  • Sie verantworten das Fristenmanagement von Wartungs- und Dienstleistungsverträgen und sorgen für deren termingerechte Bearbeitung.
