Print Client Relationship Representative
Job Description
We are hiring a Print Client Relationship Representative to join our Legal Print organization within Global Print at Thomson Reuters in Eagan, Minnesota. In this role, you will manage and strategically renew print contracts within an assigned territory while building strong client relationships and supporting business growth.
You will work collaboratively with sales representatives to improve account retention, identify business development opportunities, and deliver excellent client experiences. Your contributions will directly support revenue growth, client retention, and customer satisfaction.
Location: Eagan, Minnesota
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and implement account plans designed to strengthen relationships, expand print and digital offerings, and increase client loyalty
- Identify business development opportunities within your assigned territory and partner with sales representatives to support growth
- Assist with negotiations and contract renewals to achieve revenue targets and strategic objectives
- Proactively address customer concerns and provide timely, solutions-focused resolutions that build trust and client satisfaction
- Participate in market analysis and share customer and market insights with internal teams to help inform strategic decisions, services, and product development
- Accurately document customer calls, orders, and case activity within the CRM system while following established policies and guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a related field, with demonstrated ability to support client growth and retention
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with clients
- Strong customer service skills and a client-first approach
- Understanding of the print and digital landscape with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs
- Proficiency with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, as well as SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting contract renewals, negotiations, or territory-based account management
- Experience identifying business development or account growth opportunities
- Experience working within the print, publishing, legal, or professional services industry
- Experience collaborating with sales teams and other internal business partners

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.

For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $49,700 USD - $92,300 USD.

Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
