Print Production Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Print Production Manager based in the United States.

• This remote role leads the end-to-end production of K–12 print materials, from finalized digital content through final printer release.
• You’ll manage multiple concurrent programs, production schedules, vendors, quality processes, and release milestones.
• The role sits at the intersection of publishing operations, project management, technology, and cross-functional collaboration.
• You’ll work closely with Content, Editorial, Product, Supply Chain, Customer Success, Operations, printers, and external partners.
• Beyond day-to-day execution, you’ll identify ways to automate workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve production quality.
• You’ll have an opportunity to modernize print operations through technology, AI, and scalable process improvements.
• Success means delivering accurate, high-quality print products on time while continuously making the production system more efficient.
