We are looking for an experienced Flexographic Press Operator to run high-quality printing equipment and help deliver packaging products for well-known consumer brands. This role offers hands-on responsibility, modern equipment, and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced production team.

Compensation & Schedule

$25.00 - $29.12/hour based on experience

Shift premium available for off-shift employees

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM (10-hour shifts)

Training provided on day shift

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate flexographic printing presses according to job specifications

Monitor print quality, color consistency, and registration throughout production runs

Perform efficient job changeovers while minimizing downtime

Conduct quality inspections and document production results

Troubleshoot printing and mechanical issues

Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning

Ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are met

Work collaboratively with team members and production leadership

Qualifications

1+ years of flexographic press operating experience preferred

Experience with CI (Central Impression) presses is highly desirable

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of inks, substrates, anilox rolls, and flexographic printing processes

Ability to read and interpret job tickets, production specifications, and measurements

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
