Multiple Positions Available:

Develop and implement policy frameworks governing access permissions across HR data systems. Manage privacy approval workflows, evaluate permission requests against security and privacy requirements, and approve access modifications while maintaining system integrity. Collaborate with stakeholders across business, and engineering teams to balance access needs with security and compliance standards. Design and deploy cloud-based automation solutions using AWS services to streamline access review workflows. Integrate AI/ML capabilities to score access requests based on risk dimensions including data sensitivity and regulatory compliance. Build serverless applications, API integrations, and dashboards for access governance. Investigate privacy incidents involving data exposure and access control failures across global workforce systems. Triage and assess incident severity, coordinate with Security, business, and engineering teams to contain and remediate data incidents, and determine regulatory notification obligations across multiple jurisdictions.

(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $111000 - $149800)

Basic qualifications

  • Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s):
  • 1. Privacy and Security Compliance
  • 2. Access request and Approval Workflow Management
  • 3. Cross Functional Stakeholder Management
  • 4. Access Governance and Privacy by Design
  • 5. Privacy Risk Assessment

The pay range for this position in Boston, MA is $111000 - $149800 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
