Make a real impact

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven lawyer to join our Privacy & Technology team in Athens, who will be engaged, among others, in the following:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.

Conducting legal due diligence with a focus on:

Data protection and privacy matters

Intellectual property rights

Technology-related agreements, including licensing , SaaS , and data processing αgreements

Assisting clients with compliance programs and regulatory requirements, including:

GDPR (DPIAs, privacy policies, RoPAs, TIAs, etc.)

DORA (ICT services agreements)

DSA and AI Act .

Preparing legal opinions on privacy, consumer , and digital law matters.

What you bring matters

Bachelor’s degree in Law (from a domestic university or equivalent certification from the pertinent Greek organizations)

2-3 years of post-admission experience with solid knowledge and hands-on experience with:

GDPR compliance

DORA

Digital Services Act (DSA)

Consumer Protection Law

Intellectual Property Law

Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English and Greek)

Admission to Athens Bar or other Bar Association in Greece

Excellent legal and business analytical skills

Positivity, motivation and strong interpersonal skills

A Master’s degree in Data Protection Law or other Technology Law field and DPO certification will be considered a strong asset
