Private Banker - Business Developer Dutch speaking markets

Your role & work environment

As a Private Banker, you are responsible for developing and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients on the Flemish and Dutch market. You provide a wealth management approach and offer financial products and services tailored to clients’ financial, tax and patrimonial needs.

You work closely with internal stakeholders and external business providers to deliver an optimal client experience while ensuring compliance with regulatory and banking requirements.

Your key responsibilities

Client Portfolio Management

• •Develop and manage a portfolio of existing clients through a tailored wealth management approach.
• •Identify clients’ financial, tax and patrimonial needs and propose suitable financial products and services.
• •Process client requests and ensure appropriate documentation from a tax, financial and wealth planning perspective.

Business Development

• •Maintain and expand a network of business providers to support client acquisition.
• •Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Flemish and Dutch market.
• •Build long-term relationships with clients and business partners to sustain commercial growth.

Client Service & Stakeholder Coordination

• •Deliver high-quality client service while complying with due diligence and regulatory requirements.
• •Coordinate the various stakeholders involved in the client relationship to ensure a seamless client experience.
• •Participate in projects that support the consistency, continuity and evolution of the Private Banking business.

As a Private Banker you will also need:

• •Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• •Additional qualifications in Taxation and/or Wealth Planning are considered an asset.
• •Proven experience in Private Banking.
• •Strong knowledge of wealth management, financial markets and investment solutions.
• •Good understanding of tax, financial and patrimonial matters.
• •Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain a network of business providers.
• •International mindset and client-oriented approach.
• •In-depth knowledge of the Luxembourg market.
• •Strong commercial acumen and relationship management skills.
• •Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• •Fluent in Dutch and English.
• •Knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.
