#### Jobbeschreibung

  • Eigenständige Betreuung und Beratung von Privatkunden mit Fokus auf individuelle Finanzlösungen
  • Entwicklung passender Strategien für das persönliche Finanzmanagement der Kunden
  • Aktive Neukundengewinnung und Weiterleitung an passende interne Ansprechpartner
  • Aufbau langfristiger und vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu Kunden und Verbundpartnern
  • Verantwortung für die Betreuung und Disposition des eigenen Kundenportfolios im jeweiligen Kompetenzbereich

#### Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossene Bankausbildung mit ausgeprägtem Vertriebsfokus
  • Idealerweise zusätzliche bankfachliche oder betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Privatkundenberatung , gerne mit Kenntnissen im Aktiv- und Passivgeschäft
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung , Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Auftreten
