  • Ganzheitlich beraten und dabei die individuellen Kundenbedürfnisse berücksichtigen
  • Eine vertrauensvolle Kunde-Bank-Beziehung aufbauen, intensivieren und nachhaltig pflegen
  • Ansprechpartner:in und Beziehungsmanager:in in allen Finanzfragen sein
  • Cross-Selling-Ansätze nutzen und aktiv Termine vereinbaren
  • Betreuungs- und anlassbezogene Gespräche führen
  • Neukund:innen akquirieren

Das zeichnet Sie aus:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bankkaufmann/Bankkauffrau
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung
  • Hohes Maß an Engagement, Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Vertriebsorientierung
  • Sichere Kommunikation und überzeugendes Auftreten
