What Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse contributes to Cardinal Health

Nursing & Clinical Support provides direct patient care and clinical support through treatment delivery, monitoring, and care coordination to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.

Licensed Vocational Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses deliver basic patient care, collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to care for patients, including those diagnosed with cancer.

Responsibilities

• •Support California Urology Urodynamics program
• •Assist with clinical procedures
• •Testing regarding function of the bladder
• •Catheter placement - insert and removal
• •Patient Education regarding procedures

Qualifications

• •1-2 years of LVN experience, preferred
• •Experience with Catheter placement, highly preferred
• •High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred
• •Must be available to work 1-2 days week during M-F

• •Works on routine assignments that require basic problem resolution
• •Refers to policies and past practices for guidance
• •Receives general direction on standard work; receives detailed instruction on new assignments

Anticipated hourly range: $23.00 per hour - $36.54 per hour
