We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) to join our therapy team in Hopedale, Ohio.

This is a great opportunity for an OTA looking for flexible scheduling and the chance to work alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team in a skilled nursing setting focused on patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• •Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist
• •Help residents improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence
• •Accurately document treatments and resident progress
• •Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
• •Build positive relationships with residents and families

Qualifications:

• •Current Ohio OTA/COTA license
• •Strong communication and teamwork skills
• •Skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
• •Passion for helping others achieve their goals
