We are looking for a motivated and compassionate PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team in Hopedale, Ohio.

Responsibilities:

• •Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of the Physical Therapist
• •Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
• •Document resident progress and treatment sessions accurately
• •Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
• •Encourage and motivate residents throughout their recovery process

Qualifications:

• •Current Ohio PTA license
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• •Skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
• •Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
