Process and Application Specialist (m/f/d)

📍 Germany-Remote | 💼 Full-time | ✈️ High Travel Requirement

Are you an experienced coating professional with strong expertise in E-Coat processes and industrial paint systems ? Do you enjoy solving technical challenges, working directly with customers, and supporting innovative coating technologies in the field?

Join our Industrial Coatings team and play a key role in providing technical support, optimizing customer processes, and driving successful implementation of new products and technologies.

Your Impact

• •Provide technical application support for Industrial Coatings E-Coat customers
• •Support customers with product, process, and application-related inquiries
• •Plan and conduct customer trials, product evaluations, and technical testing
• •Analyze test results, prepare documentation, and provide recommendations
• •Lead troubleshooting and complaint resolution, including on-site customer visits
• •Identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions
• •Support the launch of new products, systems, and technologies in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management
• •Deliver technical training, seminars, and workshops for customers and internal stakeholders
• •Contribute to continuous process improvements and strategic business objectives

What You Bring

• •Qualification as a Paint Technician, Coatings Specialist, or comparable technical background
• •Several years of experience with E-Coat processes and ideally industrial coating systems
• •Strong understanding of industrial application processes and production workflows
• •Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• •Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• •High degree of initiative and ability to work independently
• •Strong team player with a collaborative approach
• •Good MS Office skills
• •Good English language skills
• •Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites
