Job Description

• Overview:
• As a member of the team, you will leverage your proficient knowledge in cash applications and its related processes to deliver a high quality and cost-effective service.
• Main responsibilities:
• •Handle client specific queries related to cash applications.
• •Reconcile accounts and allocate payments in accordance with information received.
• •Complete timely account clearing and reconciliations.
• •Run automated cash application tools.
• •Maintain a clean and clear customer statement by applying incoming payments and complete matching tasks regularly.

• Requirements:
• •1 year of experience in cash applications or similar positions executing tasks such as the ones described above.
• •Strong Excel proficiency.
• •Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking.)
• •Availability for full on-site training in Aguascalientes and willingness to work on a hybrid attendance schedule after training.
• •Reside in Aguascalientes.
