Centrisys/CNP is an established company and a leader in the centrifuge manufacturing industry. We are an organization that is client-focused, team-driven, and a fast-growing enterprise with great opportunities for advancement.

We are currently seeking a Process Engineer to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification.
  • Design, run, test, and upgrade systems and processes.
  • Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs, and changeovers.
  • Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure that processes comply with safety and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement process control techniques and procedures in manufacturing environments.
  • Conduct process capability studies and implement process control strategies.
  • Collect, record, and interpret data on process performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes and systems.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management on process performance and improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Monitor and control production costs and expenses.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial planning related to process improvements.
  • Design and develop new centrifuge systems and components based on market needs and technological advancements.
  • Conduct research and feasibility studies to innovate and improve existing products.
  • Perform simulations, modeling, and analysis to ensure the reliability and efficiency of designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and marketing, to bring new products from concept to production.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate design performance and compliance with industry standards.
  • Analyze test data and iterate designs to achieve optimal performance and reliability.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and user manuals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in centrifuge engineering.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to production teams during the manufacturing process.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the design and development process.
  • Design and develop new centrifuge systems and components based on market needs and technological advancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required; Environmental, Agricultural/Biological Systems; non-medical, Chemical.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in process engineering or a similar role in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but we will train recent graduates.
  • Proven experience in process optimization, continuous improvement, and project management.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting mechanical systems preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects.
  • In-depth understanding of process engineering principles and practices.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Must be willing to travel a minimum of 50%.
  • Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
