Process Engineer (m/f/d) New Energy

• Your tasks:
• •Development and optimization of innovative processes for special-purpose machinery in the wide field of New Energy and advanced manufacturing
• •Development and evaluation of manufacturing and testing processes, including quality assessment and preparation of test reports
• •Design and setup of test systems, execution of sample testing and customer evaluations
• •Analysis and characterization of materials and components, including assessment of their service life, reliability and quality in accordance with applicable international standards
• •Commissioning of inspection, printing, marking and laser systems and evaluation of their performance and quality characteristics
• •Development of concepts for innovative machine solutions and definition of the corresponding technical requirements and specifications
• •Development and documentation of process descriptions for technology transfer projects, as well as preparation of presentations and training materials for on-site customer training
• •Close collaboration with internal teams, customers and technology partners to drive innovative solutions for future-oriented e-mobility applications

• Your profile:
• •University degree in engineering or a comparable technical qualification
• •Solid knowledge of process engineering, manufacturing technologies and quality management
• •Good understanding of the physical principles underlying inspection, printing, marking and laser technologies
• •Interest in innovative manufacturing technologies and applications in the field of New Energy
• •Very good written and spoken English skills
• •Confident, customer-oriented manner combined with strong communication skills
• •High level of motivation and resilience, strong team spirit and an analytical, systematic and innovative approach to problem-solving
