In our facility, we produce feminine hygiene products on modern, automated production lines, including products related to the Always®, Naturella®, Discreet® and Tampax® brands. Our manufacturing processes are supported by automated technologies, technical systems and development projects. Our warehouse and material handling teams ensure that the necessary raw materials reach the right areas on time and safely. We work in an environment where safety, quality and continuous improvement are at the center of everything we do.

📋 WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Supporting, simplifying, and developing manufacturing processes

Understanding LEAN-based operational processes

Supporting waste elimination projects

Coordinating business and savings projects

Supporting the development of technical solutions

Collaborating with experts, partners, and cross-functional teams

Developing engineering and leadership skills

🔑 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Final year of Engineering, Technical Manager, or STEM BSc/MSc studies, or a degree obtained in the last 12 months

Availability for 24–40 hours per week

Proficient in Hungarian and English

Leadership potential and good communication skills
