The Opportunity

How You'll Make an Impact

• •Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, safety, quality, and cost performance.
• •Collaborate with production, quality, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams to drive operational excellence.
• •Lead and support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• •Analyze KPIs and production data to identify improvement opportunities and guide decision making.
• •Support process validation activities and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
• •Assist in equipment installation, technology upgrades, and manufacturing startup projects.
• •Provide technical guidance and training to production and engineering teams.
• •Support new product introductions by developing robust and scalable manufacturing processes.
• •Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your Background

• •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
• •Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or production operations.
• •Strong knowledge of process design, optimization, validation, and problem-solving methodologies.
• •Experience with Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis techniques.
• •Proven ability to analyze data, monitor KPIs, and implement effective process improvements.
• •Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across diverse teams.
