EMR Operations Sr Process Expert

Position Overview

The EMR Operations Sr Process Expert is responsible for managing day-to-day Equipment Maintenance & Repair (EMR) operations, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with established processes and standards. The role involves leading a team, managing stakeholder relationships, driving process improvements, and delivering performance against defined KPIs and SLAs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• •Manage daily EMR operations and ensure delivery of agreed operational KPIs and SLAs.
• •Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality to achieve operational targets.
• •Handle and resolve vendor and Local EMR queries in a timely and professional manner.
• •Ensure accurate and timely execution of operational activities related to container maintenance and repair processes.
• •Support business continuity through effective workload management and resource planning.

Stakeholder Management

• •Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, depots, and LOC stakeholders.
• •Ensure high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• •Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive process alignment and operational excellence.

Reporting & Analytics

• •Prepare and present weekly and monthly operational performance reports.
• •Analyze operational trends and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• •Support management reviews with data-driven insights and recommendations.

Process Excellence & Controls

• •Develop a comprehensive understanding of upstream and downstream operational processes.
• •Make informed decisions based on the end-to-end operational impact.
• •Drive standardization, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• •Review operational processes from a control and compliance perspective and implement appropriate controls.
• •Ensure adherence to EMR policies, equipment repair procedures, and industry standards.

Additional Responsibilities

• •Support special projects, audits, and ad hoc operational activities as required.
• •Contribute to business transformation and automation initiatives.
