- Proven success in the support or development of technical projects / processes. You will be expected to develop a high technical understanding of the products and process (including design intent, performance characteristics, and application).
- Proven success in managing technical engineering activities (and ideally resources) in a dynamic environment, planning and managing the activities to a successful conclusion.
- Demonstrate practical awareness of cellular assembly process design, development, and support encompassing effective control and mistake-proofing techniques.

- Previous supervision experience is desirable, but not essential.
