Turn operational complexity into smooth performance – so every radar system is built, shipped, and supported without a hitch.

As our Process Improvement Project Manager, you lead, execute, and deliver continuous improvement projects across our operational footprint. You work side-by-side with colleagues in Production, Logistics, Procurement, Service, Sales Operations, Engineering, Quality, and IT – diagnosing root causes, designing scalable workflows, and embedding smooth processes into daily routines. You report to the Operational Excellence Manager, playing a vital role in enabling Robin Radar to scale smoothly as our global impact grows.

What you'll do

End-to-end project leadership: Lead operational improvement projects from initial diagnosis through post-implementation. Support business growth and capacity scaling across all operational teams.

Workflow analysis and SOP design: Deep-dive into operational workflows to identify waste and perform root-cause analysis. Translate findings into scalable standard operating procedures.

Cross-functional collaboration: Partner directly with operational leads and frontline floor teams to bridge functional silos. Facilitate smooth handovers to remove bottlenecks and execution friction.

Change management and coaching: Coach and enable operational teams through active change management. Ensure optimized processes become lasting daily working habits.

Metrics and KPI tracking: Define project metrics, establish baseline KPIs, and build tracking dashboards. Measure and validate performance improvements continuously over time.

Tool configuration and adoption: Translate optimized workflows into practical software tools. Manage configuration and user adoption in Jira, ERP (Odoo), and supporting platforms.

What you bring

BSc or MSc degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Business Administration

7+ years delivering hands-on process improvement projects in fast-growing high-tech or manufacturing environments

Certified Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, or equivalent Agile certification

Practical mastery of Lean toolkits including Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5 Whys, and Pareto analysis

Proven ability to manage multiple improvement projects concurrently in fast-paced, ambiguous settings

Practical experience configuring workflow tools like Jira and driving user adoption in ERP systems like Odoo

Professional fluency in written and spoken English, with Dutch proficiency considered a strong asset

Action-oriented execution mindset, comfortable working directly with frontline shop floor teams

Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation

N.B. Don't worry if you don't tick every box. Our mission is a journey, and there's plenty to learn along the way. If most of this fits, we'd love to hear from you.

A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and a background check are part of our screening process. We appreciate your understanding.
