The Role
Fisher & Paykel is one of New Zealand’s best-known brands, a global company with strong heritage and ambitious plans. Our New Zealand origins, curious nature and passion for products designed around people make us unique.
Driven by our values of being real, generous, curious and sustainably minded, we take a collaborative approach and are united in our goal to be the world’s most human-centred, #1 premium appliance brand.
The Opportunity
As P2P Adoption & Enablement Specialist , you will partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers for a fixed 12-month term to strengthen adoption of our global Procure-to-Pay platform (GEP). You will focus on PR/PO quality, supplier portal use and No PO No Pay readiness through receipting and invoicing go-live.
Working alongside our P2P Systems Specialist, you will provide hands-on enablement, coaching and practical support - removing friction, building confidence in the standard buying channel, and leaving simple routines that Systems and Accounts Payable can sustain in BAU. This is change support through a critical rollout period, not a permanent compliance seat.
This is where you come in
You will engage users and suppliers with clarity and credibility, coach quality at the point of raise, enable portal adoption, and help embed No PO No Pay with AP and the business. You will surface catalogue gaps for others to fix, deliver learning waves under our Systems lead, and complete a clean handover so adoption lasts beyond the term.
So who are you?
You have worked in P2P, shared services, AP-adjacent or procurement operations where adoption or process quality mattered. You are hands-on with a P2P or ERP platform and can coach others on channels, requisitions, POs or portal steps.
You influence without authority, stay structured under volume, and distinguish system vs content vs capability issues — involving the right owner. You enable standards with partnership and practical help; you do not police them.
Preferred: training or supplier enablement; No PO No Pay / PR–PO quality uplift or pre-go-live cleanse; experience handing routines into BAU at the end of a project or term.
What we offer
The chance to make a visible impact in a complex global organisation, part of Haier and headquartered with F&P in NZ - with wide exposure across Procurement, Finance and the business.
Along with a competitive salary, flexible working and ongoing development, you’ll enjoy generous discounts on Fisher & Paykel and Haier products, subsidised staff café, onsite gym and free on-site car parking - backed by a brand consistently ranked among New Zealand’s most Trusted Brands.

Apply now to support a critical chapter in how Fisher & Paykel buys - and leave adoption stronger than you found it.
From the grandest of ideas to the smallest of details, every day we’re turning our passion into performance and improving life through good design.
Here at Fisher & Paykel we’re passionate about our customers and we care about the details. It’s this passion that inspires us towards our goal — to become the most human-centred appliance brand in the world.
