Job Summary

Ensures compliance with procurement policies and procedures. Analyzes procurement performance data to identify areas for improvement. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance procurement strategies.

• Key Areas of Responsibility
• •Analyzes procurement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• •Evaluates supplier performance and provides recommendations for improvement.
• •Prepares reports and presentations on procurement performance metrics.
• •Supports the implementation of procurement systems and tools to enhance efficiency.
• •Responsible for driving risk awareness by providing information on payment terms, contingency plans.
• •Understand systems and tools. Ensures quality, accuracy and integrity of information stored in relevant systems, enabling a single source of truth.
• •Responsible for managing relevant stakeholders in the assigned scope.
• •Ensure that all Procurement related risks are controlled and mitigated.
• •Perform forward looking analyses on price & concept savings.
• •Drive monthly analyses of actuals vs Annual operating plan.
• •Define areas of improvement by clear understanding of all metrics.
• •Define procurement business improvement areas.
• •Responsible for driving risk awareness by providing information on cost trackers, concept savings funnel, contingency plans.
• •Define and implement common ways of working for the business procurement.

• Critical Experiences
• •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• •3-5 years of experience in procurement analysis or supply chain management, with a focus on data analysis and supplier performance evaluation.
• •Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is highly recommended to ensure a strong understanding of procurement processes and standards.
