Job Summary

Supports procurement and software licensing operations by serving as a key liaison between TAA business leaders and corporate procurement, sourcing, legal, and vendor management teams. Coordinates purchase requests, contract reviews, software licensing activities, and vendor engagements to help ensure timely acquisition of goods and services. Facilitates communication between stakeholders, monitors procurement workflows, and helps drive compliance with company policies while enabling efficient business operations.

  • Serve as the primary point of coordination between TAA business stakeholders and procurement, sourcing, legal, and vendor management teams.
  • Facilitate the end-to-end procurement and contracting process by coordinating requests, approvals, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
  • Advise business partners on procurement procedures, purchasing requirements, and contract routing processes.
  • Track and communicate the status of purchase requests, contract reviews, software renewals, and vendor onboarding activities.
  • Escalate issues and remove obstacles to help ensure timely completion of procurement and contracting activities.

Education & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, vendor management, contract administration, software licensing, finance, or a related business function.
  • Experience coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting procurement, sourcing, contracting, or vendor management processes in a large corporate environment.
  • Exposure to software licensing, contract administration, or supplier management practices.

Systems & Technical Skills

Required

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to learn and effectively utilize procurement, purchasing, and contract management systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with procurement and purchasing platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar systems.
  • Experience using contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools, vendor management systems, or software asset management platforms.
  • Experience generating reports and analyzing purchasing, vendor, or licensing data.
