For our Global and Regional Procurement team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a structured and service-oriented professional who enjoys working in an international environment and ensures smooth, reliable procurement operations across our global network.

Procurement Operations Expert (m/f/d)

Location: Vienna, Austria | Full-time

Are you passionate about procurement processes, accurate data and effective collaboration across functions and countries? In this role, you will support our Global and Regional Category Buyers and act as a key contact for affiliates, suppliers and internal stakeholders in all matters related to procurement administration.

Your tasks:

• •Support day-to-day global and regional procurement operations and purchase administration for AGRANA Fruit affiliates
• •Maintain procurement master data for European plants, including vendor master data, quality documentation and price lists in SAP
• •Create, update and administer purchase contracts and ensure complete documentation and signature follow-up with suppliers
• •Act as a central contact for Global and Regional Category Buyers, affiliates, Finance, Quality, Logistics and external suppliers
• •Coordinate supplier documentation, sample requests and specific internal or customer-related information across relevant functions
• •Support international import and export processes, including shipping documentation and certification requirements
• •Prepare procurement reports, track KPIs and contribute to data quality, system enhancements and continuous process improvements
• •Provide back-up support for further procurement administration and trading-related activities within the team

Your ideal profile:

• •Completed commercial education or university degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field
• •First relevant experience in procurement operations, purchasing administration, supply chain or a comparable international support function
• •Excellent organizational skills and a highly accurate, structured and proactive working style
• •Strong stakeholder and service orientation, with the ability to coordinate topics reliably across departments and countries
• •Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel; experience with SAP and SharePoint is an advantage
• •Interest in procurement systems, reporting, data analysis and process improvement
• •Fluent English; German and any additional language are an advantage
• •Open-minded team player who enjoys working in an international and culturally diverse environment

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 39.361,28 gross per year. Overpayment depending on qualifications and experience is possible.
