This Position reports to:

Procurement Team Leader

You will be mainly accountable for:

Managing the end-to-end purchasing process, including launching purchase orders, confirming deliveries, and monitoring supplier performance to ensure timely and effective execution.

Aligning supplier orders with internal requirements, ensuring quality, timely delivery, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness, while building good day-to-day relationships with approved suppliers and collaborating with local and international teams.

Overseeing goods receipt verification and invoice processing, ensuring accurate and smooth execution of procurement transactions.

Supporting supplier scouting together with Category teams and managing the supplier onboarding process through SAP Ariba.

Supporting strategic sourcing activities by executing sourcing strategies, handling tactical negotiations and small RFQs, analyzing spend, and comparing supplier proposals to benefit the organization.

Supporting digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement within procurement processes, while collaborating in cross-functional and virtual teams and contributing to international projects.

Qualifications for the role:

2-5 years of experience in purchasing or buyer roles, with a good understanding of procurement processes.

You are highly adept in SAP Purchasing Module and SAP Ariba, with practical experience using both systems.

Should be comfortable with flexible shifts

Any graduate with Finance / Business Management degree

You possess solid Excel and digital skills, with an openness to using technology to improve ways of working.

You are comfortable communicating in local language and in Business English at C1 level, with effective written and verbal communication skills.

You can utilize AI/ digital tools and create AI Agents to support your daily operations, with responsible use of these tools — respecting data classification, information security, and confidentiality requirements when handling supplier, contract, and business information.

You are self-motivated, customer-focused, and solution-oriented, with the ability to handle shifting priorities and an openness to innovation. You are comfortable working both on your own and collaboratively in diverse teams; experience working in international and virtual team environments is considered.
