About us

Traditional banking has never really given you control over your financial life. Satispay exists to change that: to empower people through finance .

That means making financial services easy and accessible for over 6.5M users. We started with payments, then benefits, investing, cards... and we’re not done. Not even close. We follow the same logic every time: find a real problem, solve it properly, then look for the next one. The destination? To build the most loved financial platform in the world. If you own outcomes rather than tasks, stay close to what users need, and refuse to wait for someone else to fix what's broken — you'll find people here who work exactly in the same way. And together, you'll build something worth being proud of.

What you'll be doing

As our Procurement Specialist (L.68/99), you'll implement integrated procurement strategies to support company objectives, manage procurement cost records, ensure departments follow correct procurement flows, optimize buying activities, and continuously monitor key procurement metrics.

Here's what that looks like in practice:

Lead vendor negotiations and manage procurement spend - Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal terms, maximize value, and monitor pricing dynamics and market trends.

Support internal stakeholders - Partner with business teams to provide procurement guidance and ensure consistency with company policies.

Oversee contract management - Maintain and improve the online Contract Management System, ensuring contracts are up-to-date, compliant, and accessible.

Ensure compliance in procurement processes - Enforce adherence to internal procurement procedures and assist teams in following correct approval flows.

Track performance and optimize operations - Monitor key procurement KPIs (e.g., cost savings, lead times, contract coverage) and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Drive continuous improvement - Refine procurement processes to improve efficiency, enhance service quality, and support scalable operations.

Who we're looking for

This role needs someone who is a problem-solver, loves teamwork, and is ready for real ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Experience - 1+ years in procurement, legal, or administrative functions with a Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or related fields. Familiarity with cost management and operational efficiency is a plus.

Contract-savvy mindset - Detail-oriented with a strong interest in diving deep into contractual clauses.

Negotiation skills & market awareness - Strong negotiation abilities and understanding of supplier dynamics. Experience negotiating media contracts is a strong plus.

Strategic and structured thinker - Ability to combine a strategic mindset with hands-on execution.

Communication & stakeholder management - Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly and build trust with vendors and internal teams.

Language proficiency - Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written). Other European languages are a plus.

Don't worry if you don't tick every box. We believe in the power of different viewpoints and strengths. Your unique perspective is important as we build something special: if you're passionate and can make a difference, we truly encourage you to apply.

💰 Financial resources: Stock Option Plan, meal vouchers, relocation support if you’re moving countries.

🌱 Flexibility: unlimited PTO, hybrid working policy*, flexible working hours.

👨‍👩‍👧 Family: enhanced parental leave, additional leave for child sickness.

*We embrace three days per week in-office (Tuesday and Thursday + 1 of your choice), with the option to request extra remote time.

  • Salary: €32,000 - €48,000 gross per annum
  • This range is set using objective, gender-neutral criteria for the role's core requirements. However, we do not believe in putting a ceiling on talent. The final compensation package is tailored according to your unique experience and expertise. If your skills go beyond the standard profile, apply anyway so we can discuss a package that reflects your true value.
