Prime Video brings together the world's best creators with the most passionate communities in a way that no other entertainment brand can. Not only are we a one-stop hub for distinctive, critically-acclaimed and award-winning original programming — including TV series such as *The Boys*, *Fallout* and *The Summer I Turned Pretty*, and movies like *Project Hail Mary*, *Culpa Mía* and *The Sheep Detectives* — but we offer a multi-dimensional experience that allows subscribers to fully immerse themselves in their fandom: to read the book, to listen to the soundtrack, to buy the costume, to replay live sports in real time, and more.

We are seeking a Production Coordinator to join our Central Marketing Localization team. The Production Coordinator will report to a Localization Production Lead and collaborate closely with cross-functional peers across Marketing, Studios Marketing, and Amazon Studios Production and Mastering to support the localization of marketing campaigns for Prime Video Original Series and Movies across our global markets.

In this role, you will support assigned marketing campaign localization workflows across both static and audiovisual assets, tracking delivery progress while helping coordinate the processing of required assets from internal teams and third-party production facilities through Amazon's contracted vendors for localization, mastering, and delivery. You will help ensure global release timetables are met by maintaining schedules, keeping vendors and regional Points of Contact up to date as creative materials are finalized, organizing assets for delivery, and flagging issues to senior team members.

You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with a heavily administrative day-to-day, while also contributing to process improvements and workflow documentation. You should be well-versed in supporting work through internal teams or external vendors, and eager to grow your localization production expertise within a fast-paced, deadline-driven global environment.

  • - Maintain and update project schedules, asset trackers, and delivery calendars, ensuring stakeholders have visibility into status and timelines
  • - Generate localized asset order requests based on campaign needs, and track orders from kickoff to delivery with approved Third Party vendors
  • - Verify localized orders meet delivery requirements and flag inconsistencies
  • - Manage day-to-day communication with vendors and regional contacts, escalating issues to senior team members as needed
  • - Draft and maintain briefing documentation and templates
  • - Troubleshoot upstream or downstream rejections and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution
  • - Support billing and cost tracking for localization-related work in partnership with the Localization Billing team, helping ensure POs are issued and closed out in a timely manner
  • - Work with internal security and asset management teams to ensure proper handling of all assets
  • - Contribute to process documentation and help identify opportunities for workflow improvements
  • - Participate in internal tooling testing and rollouts

  • - Budget Support: Assisting the Billing team in tracking localization budgets and Purchase Order's status.
  • - Quality Control: Reviewing localized content for accuracy, spec compliance, and consistency, and providing feedback to vendors.
  • - Reporting: Providing regular project status updates to leads and stakeholders.
