éShop Creative Studios is seeking an experienced and resourceful Producer to join our Tokyo studio. In this role, you will own and coordinate cross-functional communications and processes including stakeholder relationships building and management, supporting and driving creative and marketing strategy, and overseeing timelines and budgets. You will serve as the primary liaison between brand stakeholders and production/creative/marketing/tech teams and operational support, translating business requirements into actionable business, marketing and creative plans and ensuring alignment throughout the business goals and performances. The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with both business-initiated projects with strong marketing point of view for the content assets such as images and videos in Amazon marketplace - someone who can coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, facilitate brainstorming sessions, direct project execution, manage external partners, and present confidently to senior leadership. You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume studio environment where collaboration across cultures and functions is essential. This role requires a strong understanding of the Japan consumer market and the ability to bridge global business and marketing standards with local market nuances.   • Key job responsibilities
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • - **Own end-to-end project management** for assigned campaigns - from brief intake through execution and performance tracking - coordinating across business partners, marketing teams, and creative/production stakeholders for hybrid content work streams
  • - **Translate business requirements** into actionable project briefs that clearly communicate strategic intent, deliverable specifications, and success criteria to internal teams
  • - **Proactively identify stakeholder and business partner requirements** to develop strategic plans that integrate marketing and creative elements, and present recommendations to partners for alignment
  • - **Serve as the liaison** between brand stakeholders and business partners, providing operational support and clear communication throughout the production lifecycle
  • - **Partner with Account Management and Business Development teams** to identify, develop, and convert new and existing business opportunities into actionable engagements
  • - **Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans**, coordinating with cross-functional creative and production stakeholders to deliver on parallel work streams
  • - **Drive marketing and creative alignment** with leadership and stakeholders by presenting campaign strategies, progress updates, and final deliverables
  • - **Prepare and present cadenced business reporting**, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), to track campaign performance and operational metrics
  • - **Identify and implement process improvements** across production workflows, documenting SOPs and sharing best practices to elevate team efficiency and output quality

  • eShop Studio Japan is part of a global creative network with five hub studios in Barcelona, New York, London, New Delhi, and Tokyo - producing photography, videography, and emerging-format content at scale for millions of Amazon customers. Our Tokyo team is a fast-moving group of producers, art directors, stylists, videographers, and technologists who create high-quality visual content across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and consumer electronics for both global and local brands. We blend traditional creative craft with cutting-edge technology - including Virtual Production stages, AI-driven workflows, and 3D capture systems - to push the boundaries of what's possible in e-commerce content. Basic qualifications

  • - • 5+ years of experience in creative production, project management, or account management within a studio or agency environment
  • - • Experience managing end-to-end creative campaigns across photography, video, or multimedia content
  • - • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, meeting deadlines, and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • - • Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for content productions
  • - • Experience presenting to mid-level and senior leadership with clear, concise narratives
  • - • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • - • Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese (written and verbal)
  • - • Ability to work on-site full-time in a studio environment

Preferred qualifications

  • - Experience leading process improvements or operations tool implementations (e.g. digital asset management tool)
  • - Experience and understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company
  • - • Experience with e-commerce or catalog-scale content production
  • - • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • - • Experience building the busines stakeholder relationship and supporting stakeholder management
  • - • Experience contributing to MBR/QBR narratives and business reviews
  • - • Exposure to generative AI, or emerging content formats
  • - • Experience with process improvement or SOP development in a production environment
  • - • Data-driven decision-making experience with production metrics and KPIs
