Your new role:

The Producer collaborates with the Executive Production team to develop, execute, and optimize workflows and processes that support the business.

Your role accountabilities:

• •Manage supplier requests and requirements;
• •Coordinate bidding processes, expense reporting, and reimbursements;
• •Organize workflows and maintain clear communication with partner teams;
• •Provide support throughout all stages of production for content, Ad Sales, and broadcast deliverables;
• •Coordinate media accreditation requests for national and international championships;
• •Manage stagehand scheduling and communication for broadcast studios;
• •Maintain local calendars and tracking spreadsheets;
• •Prepare monthly partner and production reports.

Qualification & Experience:

General knowledge of production and accounting principles;

Experience in sports;

• •Intermediate english
• •Strong organizational, process management, agile methodology, and communication skills;
• •Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and thrive under pressure;
• •Strong sense of ownership and accountability;
