Product Analyst Junior/Junior+ [Delivery]

• Delivery gets Plata cards to customers - by mail, or handed over in person by an ambassador. Our job is to make the card arrive fast and easily, anywhere in the country.
• We're looking for an analyst to help us do that even better. Plata is growing fast, the team has plenty of ambitious projects running, and what you do here turns into changes customers can see. The work comes in different shapes, from quick calculations to long research, so you'll find something that suits you.

Challenges that await you:

Track how delivery is really doing - speed and cost, by region and by delivery method

Run A/B tests and read the results - we run a lot of them, and that's how decisions get made here

Work on algorithmic problems - they're what the delivery logic runs on

Find where things could move faster or cost less, and explain why

Turn data into reports and dashboards the team uses every day

Talk to other teams a lot - within a few months you'll know the business in detail

What makes you a great fit:

You have a solid grasp of math, statistics, and probability and know how to use them to solve real problems

You're confident with SQL and knowledge of Python is a plus

You know how A/B tests work - whether from hands-on experience or a theoretical foundation

You're curious about the business - you want to understand why the numbers look the way they do

You work well with people from different teams and can discuss your ideas in English
