Job Description Summary:

• This job manages assigned insurance products and projects, contributing to the day-to-day business operations and ensuring adherence to
• all applicable industry regulations and internal policies. This role supports product management by conducting in-depth analysis, defining
• product requirements, and assisting in the development of product strategies specific to insurance offerings.
• This role will primarily be responsible for assisting and completing regulatory filings.

Job Description

• •Ensure compliance with insurance industry regulations and internal policies.
• •May provide business training on existing products as well as training on product changes. Provide subject matter expertise and consultation for product management.
• •Conduct competitor analysis, assessing their insurance product offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing tactics.
• •Other duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Qualifications

• •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Healthcare Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• •3 years of relevant experience in product management or a related field within the insurance industry
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• •Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• •Understanding of product management principles and methodologies within the insurance sector.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of ACA and small group insurance products.
