We are hiring Product & Application Engineer for Flow & Heat Transfer Process Equipment!

We are looking for a passionate & dedicated Product and Application Engineer who will be based out of Pune, India or Cairo, Egypt.

P&A Engineer is a key technical advisor and product advocate to actively drive and to manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process.

The person would be closely working with Flow & Heat Transfer Products within Business Unit WIFH. Foundational technical knowledge of Heat Transfer & thermal products for Industrial applications like Sugar, Edible Oil, Starch, Ethanol and Wastewater will be an advantage. Candidate must have experience in technically sizing and pricing of Heat Exchanger, Agitator, Valves, Pumps & other fluid handling products.

About the job

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

Work with the External & Inside Sales teams to meet and where possible exceed the customer’s

requirements/expectations, which include:

• •Work with existing relations or in products and in what is generated by sales team
• •Lead the technical part of a customer requests making visits (physically or virtually), meetings and interactions with customers, focusing on product presentations to offer a customized value proposition to the customer.
• •Lead and Support in the quotation process in a customer project.
• •Run virtual meetings, virtual seminars and webinars to increase awareness of AL products and services • Be product champion in a product launch campaign or in product campaigns and drives.
• •Be local trainer for a specific product and application: Define and delivery local training programs for the AL employees, channels and customers.
• •Use the One CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions
• •Responsible to ensure business principles and governance are adhered to within area of responsibility

• •Technical Knowledge - Competent in various heat transfer & fluid handling processes and products.
• •Knowledge of Commercial /incoterms
• •Good listening skills - active listening skills to comprehend customers’ technical requirements.

• •You demonstrate Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are your strengths
• •You have an ability to express ideas clearly both in written and verbal formats

• •Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Email systems, specifically strong excel skills

Qualification & Experience

Mechanical or Chemical Engineering graduate / Diploma holder as Product & Application Engineer having robust experience of handling quotations and customer communication.

Minimum 3~5 Years of experience in any similar Food, Pharma and Water Industries.
